Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels delivers hot, nutritious meals at lunchtime, Monday through Friday, to homebound, elderly, and disabled individuals in the Twin Cities. There are 40 Meals on Wheels programs in the seven county Twin Cities metro area that are members of Metro Meals on Wheels. Each program serves a designated geographic area. MKCA, a not-for-profit organization, that advocates for, supports, and provides information and resources to people raising their grandchildren or children of other kin and friends. They also provide support groups, links to other resources and legal help.

Senior LinkAge Line is a free, statewide telephone information and assistance service which makes it easy for older adults and their families to find community services. Senior LinkAge Line staff members have special knowledge in the areas of Medicare, prescription drug expense assistance, long-term care insurance, caregiver issues, and support for grandparents raising grandchildren. Store to Door

Store to Door is a non-profit organization that shops for and delivers groceries to home bound seniors who live independently in the seven-county metro area. Seniors call and order groceries and pay for the groceries and delivery charge (determined by income and household size) by check, credit/debit card, or EBT card.
